We started this initiative, because we heard - over and over again - that perhaps the most important role for white allies in pushing for racial equity and justice is to have conversations with other white people. So, here we are.
We do not have all of the answers. We might not have any answers. We are comfortable, though, in asking the uncomfortable questions.
