Interruptions

Interruptions happen when allies and co-conspirators stand up for people of color, by interrupting the dominant discourse about race. Interruptions ensure that the responsibility for discussing race does not always fall on the shoulders of people of color.

After the Fordham Foundation published an article critiquing the recent New Schools Venture Fund conference, a group of allies signed an open letter to express their solidarity with the leaders of color who were featured at that conference.
